Salesforce has significantly advanced its 'Headless 360' architecture, consolidating a series of product rollouts that began in April. This initiative aims to make all Salesforce capabilities accessible via APIs, MCP tools, or CLI commands. Key General
Availability (GA) milestones announced include the Data 360 MCP Server, which provides programmatic access to nearly 200 Connect API operations, and the Slackbot as an MCP client. Additionally, the Marketing Engagement MCP Server and Headless Commerce have reached GA. The Headless 360 MCP Server itself is in open beta, alongside an Experience Rendering Layer.
