served as EVP and President of Applied Water at Xylem. Emmerich joined Xylem in 2024 from Carrier Global Corporation, where she held several senior leadership roles. Joe Johnston will succeed Emmerich as EVP and President of Applied Water. Johnston, who has been with Xylem since 2019, previously led the Global Dewatering business and has extensive experience in operations and business development.
