Ben Cook has been named the new assistant coach for the Boise State men's tennis program, as announced by head coach Luke Shields. Cook brings 12 years of coaching experience, with seven of those years in collegiate tennis. Most recently, he served as the head men's and
women's tennis coach for Emmanuel, where he led the men's program to a national ranking of No. 30 and a doubles team to a No. 41 ranking. Prior to Emmanuel, Cook was an assistant coach at UC Irvine from 2022 to 2023, helping the program achieve its first winning record since 2019. He also had stints as interim head coach for Caltech's women's tennis team and as an assistant at Fresno Pacific and Mater Dei high school.
