Camilla Kodsi, at the age of 26, took over Ark Capital Group, a Florida-based real estate investment firm, following the unexpected death of her father, Isaac Kodsi, in August 2025. The firm, which focuses
on property development, was in the midst of completing Arbor Residences, a boutique condominium in Coconut Grove, Florida. Camilla, who had been involved in the project for a year and a half, assumed full responsibility for the company's operations and the completion of the development.
