Miller, a London-based independent specialist (re)insurance broker, has appointed Kim Plant as the head of its North American property division. Plant transitions to Miller from Amwins, where he served as a director in the North American property division since
2020. His role at Amwins involved forming significant relationships across the North American property market, encompassing both the U.S. and Canada. Plant's career in insurance began in 2015 with the Property team at Lockton, following a 13-year tenure in the British Army's Grenadier Guards. At Miller, Plant will lead the North American property proposition from London and Bermuda, collaborating closely with Matthew Keeping, Miller's managing director and head of property and casualty.
