While the AI handles approximately 95% of common inquiries, the live support is intended for complex challenges and unusual equipment that require human insight. This relaunch comes at a critical time for the HVAC industry, which is facing a significant labor gap, with an estimated shortage of 110,000 technicians, projected to double to 225,000 by 2030. Approximately 25,000 experienced technicians are leaving the workforce annually, taking decades of diagnostic knowledge with them.
