Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Parks Hospitality Holdings have announced the upcoming opening of two luxury all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, slated for the second half of 2026. The Park Hyatt Riviera Maya and Grand Hyatt Los Cabos will introduce new expressions
of the Park Hyatt and Grand Hyatt brands in Mexico's prominent leisure destinations. These resorts aim to combine the all-inclusive model with the distinctive design and service that define the Hyatt brand. The Park Hyatt Riviera Maya will be located on a secluded stretch of Mexico’s Caribbean coastline, offering a luxury all-inclusive experience with residential luxury, personalized service, and exceptional culinary experiences. Meanwhile, the Grand Hyatt Los Cabos will be situated within the Oleada Pacific Living & Golf community in Cabo San Lucas, featuring 301 rooms and a variety of amenities including a golf course, fitness center, and expansive spa.
