Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of an agreement with developer Groß & Partner to open a new Radisson Collection Hotel in Frankfurt, Germany. This hotel will be part of the FOUR Frankfurt development, a significant urban mixed-use project
in the city. Scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2027, the hotel will be located in the T2 tower, a 173-meter landmark structure. It will feature 189 rooms and suites, offering views of the Frankfurt skyline from floors 11 to 19. The hotel will also include a ground-floor lobby with a lounge and bar, a first-floor restaurant and bar with approximately 135 seats, and a fitness area. The design, developed by Radisson's in-house team in Madrid, will reflect Frankfurt's blend of historic and modern elements through a concept called 'Urban Layers'. This marks the second Radisson Collection property in Germany, following the brand's debut in Berlin.
