Cain and his partner, André Reyes, along with business partner Jeff Godbold, undertook the restoration project to honor Baker's dream. The inn features original furnishings and architectural elements, with no modern distractions like televisions, aiming to transport guests back to the 1880s. The restoration included reviving original structures and adding a new ADA-compliant Victorian cottage.
