The role involves planning, supervising, and controlling resources for timely, damage-free, and safe freight loading and unloading, maintaining load plans, assigning tasks, coordinating work, and providing training and feedback. The company emphasizes a positive attitude and a commitment to a safe working environment, including the handling of hazardous materials.
