EOS Hospitality Credit Partners, a division of EOS Investors LLC, has extended a $140 million refinancing package to Mission Hill Hospitality for its three-hotel portfolio. This portfolio includes the Residence Inn Breckenridge in Colorado and two hotels
in Clearwater, Florida: the AC by Marriott Clearwater Beach and the Courtyard by Marriott Clearwater Beach. The refinancing deal is structured with a three-year term and includes options for extensions. Mission Hill Hospitality acquired these properties in 2023 and has since implemented a value-add strategy, focusing on operational improvements and capital enhancements. The Residence Inn Breckenridge is strategically located near Main Street and ski lifts, while the Clearwater hotels are conveniently situated within walking distance of Clearwater Beach. Peregrine Hospitality is responsible for managing these properties.
