What's Happening?
Here Today Brewery & Kitchen is set to open three new food and drink establishments in the former Theo Chocolate building in Fremont, Seattle, this fall. The new ventures will include Good Bones Coffee, a cafe; Glitter Paw Lounge, a new taproom; and Marigolds,
a cocktail and oyster bar. These establishments will be located at 3400 Phinney Ave. N. The building, a 32,000-square-foot landmark constructed in 1905, was originally the Fremont Trolley Barn and later housed Redhook Brewery and Theo Chocolate. Theo Chocolate closed its retail shop and warehouse in recent years after merging with the American Licorice Company (ALC) in 2023. The neighboring warehouse is now home to The Picklr, an indoor pickleball facility. East Seattle Partners, the building owner, plans to add as many as six new tenants, including a pottery business called Muddy Goose, which will offer classes and studio space starting in October.
