Thomas du Pré de Saint Maur, Head of Creative Resources Fragrance & Beauty at Chanel, praised Abrams for embodying the spirit of Chanel with her natural elegance and modernity.
Why It's Important?
The appointment of Gracie Abrams as the ambassador for Coco Mademoiselle Crush Absolu highlights Chanel's strategy to connect with a younger, more diverse audience. This move is significant in the competitive luxury fragrance market, where brand ambassadors play a crucial role in influencing consumer preferences. The launch of a new fragrance after six years also indicates Chanel's commitment to innovation and maintaining its position as a leader in the luxury beauty industry.
What's Next?
The new fragrance, Coco Mademoiselle Crush Absolu, will be available for purchase starting August 19, with prices set at £117 for 50ml and £160 for 100ml. As the campaign unfolds, it is expected that Chanel will leverage Abrams' influence to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
