The role also requires preparing detailed investigation reports for executive review and representing HPE before industry and government agencies. The candidate should have a JD or LLB with over 10 years of legal experience, ideally from a top law firm, government, or in-house legal team, with proven expertise in managing investigations, particularly in ethics, compliance, and government contexts.
