The Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County has announced that applications are now open for the 2027 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship. This scholarship is available to incoming high school seniors residing in Delaware County, Indiana,
who demonstrate leadership potential and community involvement. The scholarship covers full tuition and fees for four years of undergraduate study at any accredited Indiana college or university, along with an annual stipend for books and equipment. Applications are due by September 21, 2026, and winners will be announced in December.
