Suffolk County Police helped 11-year-old Dilara Coker, a brain cancer survivor, fulfill her dream of becoming a baker for a day. Coker, who is in remission after extensive treatment, was given the opportunity to work at La Roma Pastry Shop. The event
was organized by Officer Vincent Maio, who was inspired by Coker's bravery. Following her baking experience, Coker was treated to a day of pampering at a local salon. The initiative highlights community support and the positive impact of fulfilling dreams for young survivors.
