IIa PreciSION CF proof-of-concept study. SION-719, a nucleotide binding domain 1 stabilizer, was being evaluated as an add-on to Vertex Pharmaceuticals' Trikafta for adults with cystic fibrosis (CF) who are homozygous for the F508del mutation.
