Four-time Grammy Award winner Lenny Kravitz can now add another accolade to his already stacked résumé: Joining
the Barbie universe as an official Ken doll.
The “American Woman” singer is the latest celebrity to turn into the toy, with his miniature counterpart dressed in some of Kravitz’s signature gear: A slinky tank, statement jewelry, and plenty of tattoos (and abs) on full display. Available from major retailers including Walmart and Amazon, the new Ken doll retails for $70.

The drop arrives as Barbie commemorates Ken’s 65th anniversary, marking more than six decades since the doll made his debut in 1961, per the brand. Since then, Ken has become a collector favorite in his own right, with special-edition releases regularly drawing plenty of attention.
Just ask LeBron James. The basketball star became the first celebrity honored as a Kenbassador when his Ken doll was released in 2025, quickly selling out at retail and now popping up on third-party resale sites like StockX.
Kravitz is a fitting addition to the lineup. He broke onto the music scene in 1989 with his album, Let Love Rule, and went on to become one of rock’s brightest stars. He’s also expanded beyond music, appearing in major films like The Hunger Games. All of which is what Mattel says inspired the latest Kenbassador.
“As we continue to celebrate Ken’s 65th anniversary this year, we are incredibly excited to recognize Lenny Kravitz as the second honoree in our Barbie Signature Kenbassadors Collection. From his genre-defying music to his fearless approach to personal style, Lenny uses his platform to champion individuality while empowering others to do the same. We’re proud to honor his lasting influence on style and culture through this doll, giving fans a new way to celebrate an artist whose authenticity continues to inspire generations,” Nathan Baynard, Vice President and Head of Barbie at Mattel, said in a release.
And Barbie isn’t the only one excited to see Kravitz get the tiny treatment. The rocker himself has shared his enthusiasm about joining the iconic toy line.
“Barbie is an institution, and as a kid growing up, I could not have imagined this. To be chosen by Mattel as a Kenbassador, only the second one in history, is an honor and absolutely surreal,” Kravitz said in a release.
If you want to get your hands on the new Lenny Kravitz Ken doll, now is probably the time to act. The launch has already sparked conversation among Barbie collectors on sites like X and Reddit, and if the history of celebrity Ken dolls is any indication, it will “Fly Away” soon.
