Free trials are going the way of the cable box. Many of the most popular streaming services, from HBO Maxto Netflix,
have scrapped their free trial offer amidst efforts to boost paying subscriber count.
Disney+ was one of the first major streaming services to make this move, eliminating its free trial all the way back in 2020. This makes it especially difficult for anyone just looking to pop in and watch one title or series (like many of us do), whether it’s The Devil Wears Prada 2, Spider-Man: Homecoming, anything from the Star Wars universe, or a new Marvel movie.
How to Get a Disney+ Free Trial
Luckily, even though Disney+ doesn’t offer a free trial, there are a couple of ways to access Disney+ for free. The streaming service is included in Hulu + Live TV and a few DirecTV packages. Both of these live TV streamers offer a free trial, up to five days, which you can use to access Disney+ for free for a limited time.
Here are more details about these streaming services:

Standalone Disney+ packages start at $11.99 per month, but a better deal is the popular Disney+, Hulu Bundle, which starts at just $12.99 a month. Another popular option is to add ESPN Select for a starting price of $19.99 a month. Another option is to get Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max starting at $19.99 a month.
