Amazon’s October Prime Day event is officially underway, with millions of discounts across the site, from tech
and toys, to fashion and beauty.
The officially-titled “Prime Big Deal Days 2026” run from Oct. 6 to 7, and Amazon Prime members get first dibs on the sale, as well as the steepest discounts (not a Prime member? Get a 30-day free trial to shop here).
Among the biggest deals this week? The celeb-loved Vital Proteins collagen peptides, which have counted stars like Addison Rae, Jennifer Aniston and Kourtney Kardashian as fans. Vital Proteins’ collagen powder is up to 50% off for Prime Big Deal Days, giving shoppers a chance to restock on their favorite flavors or pick up what Rae called a “beneficial part of my everyday routine” for a discount.
Rae was announced as a Vital Proteins ambassador in 2022, with the brand noting that the singer has long incorporated their collagen peptides into her daily routine. The former Rolling Stone cover star also worked with Vital Proteins to educate fans and followers “on the benefits of collagen at every age,” per a press release.
Vital Proteins was founded on the belief that “collagen is the body’s most abundant protein,” with the ability to help improve the look and feel of your hair, nails, and skin, while supporting bone and joint health.
LIMITED TIME DEAL
Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Powder Advanced [Unflavored]
20 oz.
Vital Proteins’ bestseller is this “advanced” collagen peptides powder, with Amazon reporting more than 100,000 units sold in the last month alone.
This formula is unflavored and dissolves into water easily, while containing 20g of collagen peptides per serving, plus 120 mg of hyaluronic acid for skin hydration and 100% daily value of Vitamin C for antioxidents and immunity support.
As mentioned above, this collagen powder is flavorless, so you can mix it into any of your favorite beverages without affecting the taste. We like to dissolve one serving of Vital Proteins collagen daily in our morning hot coffee, though it works just as well in iced coffees, tea, smoothies or a simple glass of water for an easy collagen boost.
FAN FAVORITE FLAVOR
Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Advanced [Chocolate]
24.7 oz.
Prefer a flavored powder? More than 6,000 shoppers have purchased this chocolate flavor in recent weeks, with reviewers saying the taste reminds them of hot chocolate (when dissolved in hot water) or a chocolate milkshake (when mixed with milk or cold water).
I personally like adding a scoop of this to my hot coffee, to create a mocaccino-style drink.
ADDISON-APPROVED
Vital Proteins Collagen Gummies
In addition to the Vital Proteins powders, Rae also helped to promote the brand’s collagen gummies, which are an easy (and tasty) way to get your daily dose of collagen.
This Amazon deal gets you a container of 120 grape-flavored gummies, which contain collagen to help improve skin, hair and nail health. Among the benefits: shinier hair, firmer-looking skin, and less wrinkles, according to hundreds of reviewers online. The gummies are selling out quickly so head to the Vital Proteins Amazon storefront to order a bottle or two now.
EDITOR'S CHOICE
Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen Powder
10.5 oz.
I’ve personally been a fan of Vital Proteins’ matcha powder, which delivers 50 mg of caffeine per serving for a healthy kick, in addition to collagen peptides for skin, hair, nails and joint support.
What I like: this matcha is not too sweet and doesn’t have the “chalky” taste of cheaper matcha powders on the market. It also dissolves easily into cold or hot water.
The Vital Proteins collection also includes protein shakes, collagen-infused sparkling water, and easy-swallow capsules, all of which are discounted up to 50% off for Prime Big Deal Days. Shop the full selection here.
In addition to Rae, Jennifer Aniston is also a fan of Vital Proteins, having been announced as the brand’s Chief Creative Officer back in 2020. “Collagen is the glue that holds everything together,” the actress said in a statement when the partnership was announced. “I’ve always been an advocate for nourishing your wellness from within, which is why I started using Vital Proteins so many years ago.”
