The 2026 World Series matchup is set, with the Milwaukee Brewers facing off against the Tampa Bay Devil Rays
in a Best-of-7 series.
The Commissioner’s Trophy will be awarded for the first time to either the Brewers or Rays, with the series running from Oct. 23 to 31 (if necessary).
Tickets to the 2026 World Series are already generating controversy, with Milwaukee’s so-called “Timeless Ticket” promotion seemingly coming back to haunt the club. In the 2015 promotion, the Brewers offered a $1,000 ticket that could be exchanged for any future game, and fans have been trying to cash their stubs out for World Series seats. But while the promo promised “the best available seat locations,” fans holding the golden ticket say they’ve been offered 400-level seats or standing room only for the Fall Classic.
Addressing the controversy on Wednesday (Oct. 21), the Brewers said fans who had already redeemed their Timeless Ticket for a World Series game would be able to use the ticket again in the future — hopefully for better seats.
Of course, there are ways to get World Series stubs even without a Timeless Ticket. A number of ticketing sites have official World Series tickets still available online, with options based on city, price point, and views. These third-party sites also guarantee authentic tickets for the baseball games with fast and easy delivery via email or phone.
