Faith Hill, who led the nominations with six, took to the stage to perform "There Will Come A Day." Alan Jackson delivered a performance of "www.memory," while George Strait sang "Don't Make Me Come Over There And Love You." Tim McGraw, another artist with multiple nominations, performed his song "Things Change."
