Kartik Aaryan's on-screen collaboration with Ananya Panday has generated a lot of buzz among fans! Following their work on Pati Patni Aur Woh, the duo
has teamed up for Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. A few months back, Kartik and Ananya completed filming for their romantic drama. It was subsequently announced that TMMTMTTM is set to hit theaters on December 31, 2025. In anticipation of the release, Kartik recently shared his thoughts on reuniting with Ananya for the project directed by Sameer Vidwans.

In a conversation with Hindustan Times, Kartik mentioned that Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri has turned out 'wonderfully'. He described the film as having an ideal blend of 'emotion, enjoyment, and festive spirit'.
"We had an amazing time filming it, and that energy is evident on screen. Reuniting with Ananya felt like continuing from where we last stopped; she was incredibly lively on set. She’s going to astonish everyone. I’m confident that the audience will appreciate our chemistry in this delightful, refreshing rom-com as Ray-Rumi and all the masti the film offers," he stated.

Given his impressive history in the rom-com genre, Kartik was questioned if it could be considered his specialty. In response, the Bollywood star said, "Rom-coms come to me quite effortlessly; perhaps they’re just part of my essence (laughs). I believe the audience enjoys seeing me in these roles, which adds to the experience. However, I never want to be limited to a single genre. I love delving into various types of stories and characters. Ultimately, I choose what resonates with me, a narrative that touches me and one that will entertain the audience, regardless of the genre."

Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri represents Kartik's second project with Sameer Vidwans. Previously, the director and actor collaborated on Satyaprem Ki Katha. Regarding this film, it was initially scheduled for a theatrical release on February 13, 2026, but it will now debut on December 31 of this year.
