Crafted by Yash and Geetu Mohandas and helmed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups has been shot concurrently in English and Kannada, with plans for dubbed versions in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and several other languages, highlighting its international aspirations.
The film assembles a remarkable technical crew, featuring National Award winner Rajeev Ravi as the cinematographer, Ravi Basrur composing the music, Ujwal Kulkarni managing editing, and TP Abid overseeing production design, while Hollywood action director JJ Perry (John Wick) and the National Award-winning duo Anbariv have choreographed the film’s thrilling action sequences. Produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Yash under KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, Toxic is set for a grand theatrical premiere during the festive weekend of 19th March 2026, coinciding with Eid, Ugadi, and Gudi Padwa.
