In the images and clips she posted on Instagram, Shaheen was captured relishing the beach, basking in the sunlight, and unwinding by the shore. In addition to relaxation, she incorporated fitness into her getaway. Videos showcased her exercising alongside her boyfriend, Ishaan Mehra, and sister, Alia Bhatt, demonstrating that vacations can still include workout routines.

Alia and Shaheen have always maintained a strong connection. Throughout the trip, Alia joined Shaheen for some spontaneous moments and also took photos with their mother, Soni Razdan. Shaheen labeled her post “Island Interlude” as she shared a collection of images.
Shaheen publicly acknowledged her relationship with fitness coach Ishaan Mehra on Instagram a few months back during his birthday celebration. She expressed, "Happy Birthday, Sunshine (sun and red heart emojis)." In response, Alia commented, “Happy happy birthday our fav fellow (yellow heart and sun emojis).”
While she had previously shared photos with him earlier this year, Shaheen had kept his identity a secret. The first clear indication of their relationship appeared during a family trip to Thailand, where both the Kapoor and Bhatt families rang in the New Year together. On Instagram, Shaheen posted a series of vacation photos, including one where she posed next to Ishaan. For those who may not know, prior to dating Ishaan, Shaheen was in a relationship with comedian Rohan Joshi. The couple parted ways a few years ago and have since moved forward in their personal journeys.
