About Cocktail 2
Cocktail 2 is being produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films, with the screenplay crafted by Luv Ranjan. While specific plot details are still under wraps, the film is anticipated to arrive in theaters in the latter half of 2026. Director Homi Adajania, who also directed the original Cocktail (2012), is back to helm the sequel.
The original Cocktail film featured Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Diana Penty, and it was a contemporary love triangle that delved into themes of friendship and romance. The sequel is expected to introduce a new dynamic, with Shahid, Kriti, and Rashmika in key roles.
