About Fauji
As per the creators, Fauji is a ‘historical fiction/alternate history narrative set in the 1940s, telling the story of a warrior who emerged from obscurity, coming from a society that believed war was the sole solution to the buried injustices and overlooked truths that history concealed from the world.’
Fauji also stars Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, and Jayaprasad in significant roles. The soundtrack is composed by Vishal Chandrasekhar, known for Sita Ramam. Mythri Movie Makers is producing the film on a grand scale. The period drama was launched in August 2024 and features social media sensation Imanvi as the female lead.
