It was during these discussions that Kartik introduced Shimit to the narrative of Captain India, which the director found to be an intriguing tale."

The report also mentioned, "Shimit Amin has crafted a compelling screenplay for Captain India and is ready to start filming with Kartik Aaryan in the first half of 2026. In fact, a team has already completed the location scouting in Morocco.”

Kartik Aaryan is set to portray the real-life story of an Airforce Captain. Filming is expected to commence in mid-March and early April of 2026, with a potential release in 2027.
