has also decided to forgo any claims for alimony and child support during their divorce proceedings. For those who may not know, Nicole and Keith share two daughters, Faith (15) and Sunday (17). The divorce was finalized on January 6 in a Nashville court, following their separation announcement three months prior. The cause of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s divorce has been cited as irreconcilable differences. The court has granted Nicole and Keith numbers of days to spend time with their daughters.
Nicole Kidman-Keith Urban Are DIVORCED
As reported by People Magazine, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have mutually agreed to waive alimony and child support provisions. Each party will cover their own legal costs and expenses. The court has instructed Nicole and Keith to maintain a loving demeanor towards their children post-divorce.
The agreement specifies, “They will refrain from speaking negatively about each other or the other parent's family members. They will support each child in continuing to love the other parent and feel at ease in both families.” The court has also allocated Nicole 306 days for visitation with her daughters, Faith and Sunday.
The actress’ residence will serve as their primary home. Meanwhile, Keith Urban has been granted 59 days each year to spend with their daughters. He is permitted to visit every other weekend from 10 am on Saturday until 6 pm on Sunday. The former couple will share joint responsibility for significant decisions regarding their daughters’ upbringing.
Regarding Nicole Kidman, the actress was previously married to Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001. She wed Keith Urban in 2006.
