In the now-famous video, Akshay is shown walking towards his vehicle when a female fan emerges from the crowd and says to him, "Papa karze mein hain (Dad is in debt)." As the girl kneels to touch Akshay's feet seeking help, the actor takes her hand and responds, "Aap number de do apna (Please give me your number)." He invites her to come to his office.
Akshay Kumar on the importance of voting
Akshay visited the Gandhi Shikshan Bhavan in Juhu to cast his vote for the BMC elections 2026. As reported by PTI, he told the media, "Today is the BMC election, and, as residents of Mumbai, this is the day we hold the remote control. Hence, all Mumbaikars should come out and vote instead of complaining later about the state of affairs. Everyone must vote to choose the right representatives. If you aspire to be the true hero of Mumbai, then instead of just talking, you should come and vote."
Other Bollywood stars such as Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Ajay Devgn, Kajol, Madhuri Dixit, Vivek Oberoi, and others are also anticipated to visit the polling stations to cast their votes later in the day.
