Avengers Doomsday at SXSW London with the Russo Brothers
On June 2, the Russo Brothers will engage in two panels at SXSW London; the first is titled Deadline Live Studio: Close Up AGBO, and the second is named Building Artistic Universes Without Borders. Additionally, a screening of Avengers: Infinity War will take place later that day. The brothers have directed some of the most notable films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and are set to lead another major project with Avengers: Doomsday.
A day prior, they shared a green square on Instagram. On May 30, they posted another clue featuring the same green hue along with Doctor Doom’s iconic comic book logo and the SXSW logo. Some fans speculate that the filmmakers are teasing new footage, a trailer, or even the first official glimpse of Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom in the sequel. Others believe that the trailer for Avengers Doomsday may be released on either June 18 or the 27th, based on the significance of the green color. The green square has been tagged with their company, AGBO Films, Marvel Studios, Robert Downey Jr., Avengers, and the festival. Fans are certainly onto something.
