Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli has acquired another piece of land in Alibaug. Reports indicate that the couple has purchased an opulent land parcel in the coastal
region of Maharashtra’s Konkan, with the two adjacent plots totaling over 5.19 acres. The land is reportedly located in Zirad village within the Raigad district. Anushka and Virat paid Rs 37.86 crore for the land purchase. At present, the celebrity duo has relocated to London. Anushka, a film actress, and Virat, a professional cricketer, are parents to two children: a five-year-old daughter named Vamika and a son named Akaay. They frequently travel to India but have opted not to reside there permanently, as they prefer a more conventional upbringing for their kids.

CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics service, disclosed that Anushka and Virat’s second land land transaction was finalized on January 13, 2026. The deal has been officially recorded, and a stamp duty of approximately Rs 2.27 crore was paid. It is reported that one of the plots is about 3.6 acres, while the other spans 1.55 acres.

In 2022, Anushka and Virat purchased their first plot in Alibaug. According to Mint, the residence was constructed on an 8-acre site, which was acquired for roughly Rs 19 crore in 2022. The villa, covering 10,000 square feet, features a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a custom kitchen, four bathrooms, a jacuzzi, an expansive garden, covered parking, staff accommodations, and more.
The vacation home was elegantly designed for the couple by the internationally acclaimed Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects (SAOTA), under the direction of Phillippe Fouche. It is reported that Kohli invested an additional Rs 10.5 crore to Rs 13 crore in the construction of this luxurious residence. The property is located just 10 minutes from Mandwa Jetty.
Anushka and Virat's work commitments
While Virat participates in only a few formats of cricket, Anushka has taken a break from her acting career. She filmed Chakda Xpress after Vamika's birth, but the movie has yet to premiere on Netflix. It has been delayed due to various complications.
