Prithviraj Kapoor family
Prithviraj Kapoor, the child of Basheshwarnath Kapoor, was the great-grandson of Murli Mal Kapoor. He wed Ramsarni Mehra Kapoor. Together, they had three sons – Raj Kapoor, Shammi Kapoor, and Shashi Kapoor. All three achieved fame as actors in the Hindi film industry. Raj, often referred to as the greatest showman of Indian cinema, was married to Krishna. Their sons include Randhir Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor, and Rajiv Kapoor; the couple also had daughters named Ritu and Rima. Randhir and Rishi both found success in acting.
Randhir tied the knot with Babita, a former actress. They are the parents of two daughters, actresses Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor. Rishi married actress Neetu Singh, and they have a daughter named Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and a son, Ranbir Kapoor. Surinder Kapoor family
Surinder Kapoor is a cousin of Prithviraj. He relocated from Peshawar to Mumbai for his career. Surinder, a film producer, married Nirmal Kapoor, and they had three sons and one daughter. The eldest is Boney Kapoor, who was married to Mona Shourie and later to Sridevi. From his first marriage, he has a son, actor Arjun Kapoor, and a daughter, Anshula Kapoor. With Sridevi, who passed away in 2018, Boney has two daughters, actresses Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor.
Surinder’s second son is Bollywood icon Anil Kapoor. He is married to Sunita Kapoor and is the father of actress Sonam Kapoor, actor Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, and filmmaker-fashion stylist Rhea Kapoor. The youngest son of the Kapoor patriarch is Sanjay Kapoor, who is married to Maheep Kapoor and has two children, actress Shanaya and Jahaan Kapoor.
