While Alia Bhatt and Ananya Panday are recognized for appearing in numerous films each year, actress Shraddha Kapoor is thought to be more discerning regarding
her roles. She typically features in only one or two films per year, in contrast to her peers. This has led to speculation among fans that she might not be receiving a plethora of offers from directors. Nevertheless, Stree 2 star Shraddha Kapoor’s father, esteemed actor Shakti Kapoor, has responded to the speculation. In a recent interview, he dismissed the rumors with a chuckle, stating that his daughter commands a higher fee than other leading actresses and selectively chooses the “finest” projects. Shraddha Kapoor's Fee Higher Than Alia Bhatt, Ananya Panday In a conversation with The Powerful Humans, Shakti remarked, "Woh picturein hi kam karti hai. Best karti hai. Par paisa zyada leti hai. In sabse zyada paisa leti hai. She does just one or two films a year. (She takes on very few films. She selects the best ones and charges more than all these individuals)." The actor also shared insights about his relationship with Shraddha. He mentioned, “Bahut ziddi hai… She is quite headstrong and follows her instincts. She adheres to her principles rigorously… We have a wonderful relationship. At times we argue, at times we plan vacations, and sometimes we talk about movies. I take great pride in her – her performances are exceptional. She is a remarkable actress.” Shraddha Kapoor's Upcoming Projects Shraddha is set to appear in Laxman Utekar’s upcoming project, provisionally titled Eetha. This film is a biopic about the iconic Tamasha performer Vithabai Bhau Mang Narayangaonkar. Renowned as the 'Tamasha Samradini,' she received the President’s Award in both 1957 and 1990 for her significant contributions to Maharashtra’s folk dance.
