Our in-house critic rated it 3.5/5 stars. An excerpt from the review stated, "Not every line in Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos holds up logically, and that’s part of its charm. Setting logic aside, the film is a thrilling journey of laughter that you’ll want to embark on immediately. Additionally, the writing and dialogues, along with Vir and Kavi’s direction, deserve special recognition. In just 2 hours, they have crafted an epic story of a bumbling yet eager spy. The film is well-edited with no jarring cuts throughout. Who would have thought a spy-themed movie could be this entertaining?
