TV stars reveal their New Year resolutions
In a conversation with Arjun Bijlani, he shared insights about his New Year's Eve festivities. He mentioned, “I have just begun filming for Laughter Chef Season 3, so I haven't made any specific plans yet. However, a nice dinner with my wife and son is definitely on the agenda to welcome the New Year 2026. My resolution is to improve myself compared to what I was in 2025.”
When reflecting on his challenging moments from this year, Arjun stated, “I don’t dwell on the past; once something has occurred, it’s done. I don’t revisit it with regret or disappointment. The goal is to move forward.”
Shubhangi Atre, who was recently seen in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain, also discussed her New Year intentions. Notably, Shubhangi’s daughter is visiting, so she will be welcoming 2026 alongside Ashi. When asked about her plans, Shubhangi replied, “Currently, I haven’t made any arrangements for New Year’s Eve. I will sit down with Ashi and decide where we’d like to go. Regarding my resolution for 2026, I simply wish to find happiness and live life to the fullest.”
“At times, we miss the little moments that slip by, but now I want to genuinely appreciate them. I seek peace, joy, and gratitude in my life. I also aspire to travel, starting the year by visiting the Jyotirlings and seeking blessings from Lord Shiva,” Shubhangi Atre added.
Previously, when we inquired about her most difficult memory from 2025, she revealed that the passing of her ex-husband, Piyush Poorey, was the hardest moment of the year. She expressed, “Not at all. In my heart, there is only thankfulness. God has blessed me abundantly. Whatever happens in life, whether positive or negative, we often categorize experiences as 'bad,' but in truth, they are lessons meant for us. I accept everything that comes my way along with the teachings it brings. I feel incredibly happy and grateful. In 2025, I faced a significant loss, and everyone is aware of Piyush. Yet, I have no grievances. I firmly believe that God always guides me.”
Anupamaa actress Adrija Roy also shared her New Year resolution and plans for the 31st. She is currently engaged in filming for the Rupali Ganguly show and will be creatively involved in the production. Adrija stated, “New Year’s Eve will be a serene and reflective celebration for me—considering the past year and setting goals for the upcoming one. With Anupama keeping me creatively occupied, my resolution for 2026 is to maintain consistency in my work, prioritize my personal and emotional health, and continue growing as an actor while being gentler with myself.”
Conversely, Adrija, also known as Raahi, does not believe in completely erasing the negative memories of 2025. She remarked, “I wouldn’t say I want to completely erase any memory, but there were instances of self-doubt and emotional fatigue that I’d prefer to leave behind. They imparted valuable lessons, but I’m ready to enter the new year with greater confidence, tranquility, and clarity.”
Indeed, the celebrities are gearing up to welcome 2026 with optimism. Stay tuned for further updates!
