According to a report from ETimes, the adult comedy will start streaming on Zee5 from January 16, 2026. Subscribers to the service will be able to view the film at no extra charge.

In addition to the main trio, the film boasts a large ensemble cast that includes Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Nargis Fakhri, Ruhii Singh, Shreya Sharma, Shaad Randhawa, Natalia Janoszek, Tara Sumner, and Elnaaz Norouzi. The Central Board of Film Certification awarded Mastiii 4 an ‘A’ rating, limiting its theatrical audience to those over 18 years old. The board also required the filmmakers to censor certain language and cut a few scenes.
