During the teaser launch event, actor Ahan Shetty shared insights about the film and reflected on the guidance his father, Suniel Shetty, offered him prior to the start of filming. "Dad advised me to stay true to myself," he remarked.

At the event, Ahan Shetty elaborated, "Dad told me to remain genuine, savor the journey, and avoid comparing this film to the legendary Border. Just be yourself, don’t overthink what others might say, and steer clear of comparisons with Border 1. That was crucial. Naturally, I had to make some physical adjustments. But as Dad said, just be sincere… go out there and have fun.”

Ahan Shetty discusses his first day on set
When asked about his experience, he stated, "Firstly, collaborating with Varun (Dhawan) and the legendary Sunny (Deol), who starred in Border 1 alongside my father (Suniel Shetty), is an honor. I feel a responsibility to uphold that legacy. There’s a certain level of pressure, but as they say, 'A father is a father.' If I can embody even 10% of what my father brought to that film, I believe I can do justice to the character. The first couple of days were nerve-wracking. My hands were trembling. After being off the screen since Tadap in 2021, it felt like a long hiatus. Being on set with Varun (Dhawan) and Sunny sir (Deol), learning from them, and having the backing of the producers and a director like Anurag sir… it was truly a hidden blessing.”
