As per a report from a news outlet, Cocktail 2’s Delhi timetable has been delayed due to the recent incident at the Red Fort and increased security measures in the area. The shoot was scheduled to start today (November 12), and a revised timetable is still to be determined.
Cocktail 2 Delhi timetable delayed
A representative close to Cocktail 2 informed Hindustan Times, “Shahid, along with Kriti and Rashmika, was expected to arrive for filming in Delhi starting November 12. The producers had organized an extensive schedule in Delhi for a week beginning on November 12.”

According to the insider, the Delhi timetable was postponed for several factors. “The air pollution issue is one of the contributing factors. Additionally, the increased tension following the Delhi blast has influenced this decision. The team had also intended to film in the Old Delhi region… Thus, there are numerous factors that have contributed to this decision. However, the Delhi schedule is not cancelled, merely rescheduled. The producers are now aiming to conduct the shoot in December, assuming everything proceeds smoothly,” the insider added.
While Rashmika returned to Hyderabad to continue post-release promotions for her critically acclaimed Telugu film, The Girlfriend, Kriti headed back to Mumbai to kick off promotions for Tere Ishk Mein alongside Dhanush.

Cocktail 2 serves as the spiritual successor to the 2012 film featuring Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Diana Penty. Shahid and Kriti are reuniting after Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. This marks Rashmika’s first collaboration with them. The release date for Cocktail 2 has yet to be revealed.
