Akshay Kumar is a firm believer in rising early and diving straight into work. He also prioritizes going to bed early to support his health. During a press conference, the Khiladi star disclosed that he has dinner at precisely 6:30 pm. He explained, “Why 6:30 for dinner? Firstly, it’s crucial for your body, because when we sleep at night, our eyes, legs, and hands are all resting. However, the stomach doesn’t get a break if we eat late. By the time we wake up, it’s time for it to relax. But when we have breakfast, the poor stomach has to work again. I’m putting it in very simple terms. And you all know, everyone understands that the stomach is the source of many ailments.”

Additionally, Akshay Kumar emphasized the significance of maintaining gut health for overall fitness. He goes to bed at 10 pm. The actor remarked, “I believe that illnesses won’t come near you. This is what I always adhere to. So, having dinner at 6:30 is essential because it allows time for digestion, and by the time you’re ready to sleep around 9-9:30 or 10, your stomach is fully prepared to rest, and that’s all there is to it.”
It’s worth noting that Akshay Kumar also observes a fast on Mondays. We must acknowledge that Akshay is truly embracing all the right practices to keep his body fit and impressive.
