Following the conclusion of the first leg of the tour in North America in August 2023, Taylor distributed over $55 million in bonuses. By the tour's end, the billionaire pop icon reportedly allocated $197 million in bonuses. This generous bonus was extended to every individual involved in the tour, including truck drivers, caterers, instrument technicians, merchandise team, lighting and sound crew, production staff and assistants, carpenters, dancers, the band, security personnel, choreographers, pyrotechnics experts, riggers, hair and makeup artists, wardrobe staff, physical therapists, and the video production team.
The moment when she presents bonuses to some team members was filmed as part of the six-part docuseries The End of an Era. The first two episodes debuted on December 12, and the touching scene from the second episode is gaining widespread attention. In the docuseries, Taylor expressed, "Bonus day is incredibly significant because establishing a standard with the Eras Tour is very important to me. Those who work on the road, if the tour earns more, they receive a larger bonus. These individuals work tirelessly, and they are the best in their fields."

One of her dancers, Kameron Saunders, reads Taylor's personal message and the bonus amount to the gathered group. About the Eras Tour
By the time of the final performance in Vancouver, Canada, in December 2024, the Eras Tour achieved the milestone of being the first tour ever to surpass $2 billion in gross revenue. The tour included 149 concerts across 21 countries, covering 53 cities on five continents. Merchandise sales contributed approximately $400 million to the overall tour revenue.
