Comparison with Animal
In our conversation, Sheeba responded to the comparisons between Baaghi 4, Animal, and Marco. “That’s the nature of social media. Every viewpoint, often lacking complete context, is readily available. Anonymous individuals are rarely held responsible for their comments online. There’s not much that can be done about it. Detractors will always exist because some people enjoy spreading negativity. There’s a lot of pent-up frustration among anonymous users that they express on social platforms,” she stated.
The actress continued, “Animal set a certain standard, and now even minor action scenes will draw comparisons. If someone produces a romantic film, it will inevitably be likened to Saiyaara. We can’t prevent people from voicing their opinions. I hope audiences will think critically and appreciate the film, which is crafted with dedication, and enjoy the experience the creators aim to deliver on the big screen. I wish for viewers to recognize the filmmakers' passion, watch the film, and then form their judgments.”
Baaghi 4, helmed by A Harsha, is set to premiere on September 5.
