Sooraj Barjatya has recently disclosed additional information regarding his forthcoming project featuring superstar Salman Khan. The director has indicated
the anticipated month for the team's formal announcement and confirmed that the movie will be a ‘family drama and romantic tale.’

Previously, in a conversation with us, Sooraj Barjatya stated, "It won’t be a new persona for him because with me, Salman Bhai, we always aim to revive the essence of simplicity, the extended family, and joy... chhoti chhoti cheezon mein khushi (Joy in small things). However, mujhe thoda waqt lagega [it will take time] since we need to craft something for Salman bhai that aligns with his age. This poses a significant challenge for me as both a writer and a director because we want him to retain the same masti, the same enjoyment, but uss umar mein [in accordance with his age]. It’s going to require a bit more time."

In a recent interview with India Today, Barjatya revealed that the film's official announcement is set for November. "We will be revealing the film shortly, likely in November. It includes well-known actors, but we can’t disclose much at this point. It’s a family drama and a love story, a realm that we strongly portray in our films. I feel a sense of responsibility to provide our audiences with the narratives that we cherish and celebrate,” he mentioned.
For those who may not know, Sooraj Barjatya's last collaboration with Salman Khan was in the film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, which premiered in 2015. The movie also featured Sonam Kapoor in the lead female role.
