War 2 OTT Release: Following a disappointing box office turnout, Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani featured War 2 is preparing for its debut on
OTT platforms. Helmed by Ayan Mukerji, this installment of the YRF Spy Universe will be available for streaming on Netflix. Although an official release date has not yet been confirmed, there are speculations that War 2 might premiere on Netflix during the week of October.
When and where to view War 2 on OTT
As a follow-up to the 2019 hit War and the sixth entry in the YRF Spy Universe, War 2 marks the Hindi film debut of Jr NTR. The much-anticipated showdown between Hrithik and NTR was a key attraction of this high-budget production. Those who missed the film in cinemas will soon have the opportunity to watch it on OTT.

Netflix serves as the official streaming partner for War 2, consistent with most YRF releases. Typically, films become available on Netflix approximately two months after their theatrical launch. As per various online sources, War 2 may be available on Netflix starting October 9. The film was released in theaters on August 14, coinciding with Rajinikanth's Coolie.
Despite high expectations, War 2 had a lackluster opening, ultimately grossing around Rs 236 crore in India, with nearly Rs 57 crore generated from Telugu regions.
It remains to be seen if War 2 will find new life on OTT. The film provides a sneak peek into the next phase of the YRF Spy Universe - Alpha - by introducing Bobby Deol's character.
