dismissed following a disappointing opening weekend, where it garnered only Rs 5 crore net in India, the film has since benefited from positive word of mouth. This momentum has led to a significant increase in ticket sales, with a notable 130% jump in earnings on its second Friday, positioning the film for a robust second weekend. Imtiaz Ali, currently in Delhi, expressed his gratitude for the film's unexpected success during a surprise visit to local theaters screening "Main Vaapas Aaunga." Speaking to ANI, he reflected on the film's turnaround, stating, “On the day the film was released last Friday, and now a week later on Friday again, the collections are almost double compared to the opening Friday. This has all happened because of the audience, due to strong word of mouth. It is an overwhelming feeling, a matter of great joy, and I am also a bit surprised. I am very happy, and I express my heartfelt gratitude to the audience.” The film features a talented cast, including Diljit Dosanjh, Naseeruddin Shah, Vedang Raina, and Sharvari.
