According to sources affiliated with the news outlet India Today, Rohit Shetty has decided to halt all his plans in cooperation with the Mumbai police. The director's residence in Juhu is now under police protection, as Shetty provides his statements and participates in the ongoing investigation. "He is only communicating with his concerned friends and colleagues through calls and messages," and has requested that they do not come to his home.
For those unaware, Rohit Shetty’s Juhu home is currently under surveillance by the Mumbai Police following the sound of four gunshots in the vicinity. It has been reported that Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi has taken responsibility for the incident. The gang's warning to "the entire Bollywood" has also raised alarms. They stated that they had previously cautioned Shetty multiple times against meddling in their affairs, but he appeared to disregard their warnings. They further claimed that the recent gunfire was merely a “small trailer” to deliver their message, and if he continues to ignore them, the next shot would not be fired within the confines of his bedroom.
