The gathering served as an introduction to the scale and cultural depth of the project, which is being produced as a two-part global franchise under the direction of Nitesh Tiwari.
During the event, Ranbir Kapoor participated in a traditional ritual, lifting a Shiv Dhanush and offering prayers before engaging in a discussion about the film's thematic core. Addressing MrBeast, Kapoor explained that the character of Lord Ram is revered as the ideal man, or Maryada Purushottam, who sacrificed his royal life to uphold his father's promise and fulfill his dharma, a concept he described as one's commitment to duty. The actor expressed hope that the film would provide a meaningful introduction to Indian history and culture for a global audience.
