The daughter of Khushbu and Sundar C revealed that people initially criticised her for being chubby and later speculated that she had taken Ozempic and Mounjaro for weight loss. On a podcast, Anandita shared that she and her sister Avantika were always chubby kids; however, they became obese as they grew up. Both sisters eventually realised that, due to their health issues, they should lose weight to stay fit.

Khushbu's daughter, Anandita, revealed that her fitness journey in 2018 and it took her seven years to get at the place where she is. She feels people don't realise the fact that it wasn't a sudden transformation. He first drastic weight loss was over three years during COVID."Everyone’s like, oh my god, she’s done this, she’s done that, she’s gotten surgery. But y’all haven’t seen us. How do you decide. Now people see me, they’re like, Ozempic, Mounjaro…I laugh about it because they make up stories," she added. The actress also realise that hate will never stop. She never lost the weight to please other people. In fact, she mentioned how no realised they were talking to a child while spewing hate at her.
"I was 15 years old, my parents were celebrities, not me. Why do you feel entitled to tell me how ugly I am?," she added. The actress also reacted to being compared with transgender person.

Continuing the chta, Khushbu's daughter reacted to her criticism over her looks and being compared to a trans person. According to Anandita, transgenders are beautiful people. "I think they’re great, I think they’re so nuanced and beautiful. And I know many transgender people who are just the sweetest, kindest people I’ve ever met in my life," she said.
