Kapoor's sister, Anshula Kapoor, is all set to marry her longtime boyfriend, Rohan Thakkar. A year after getting engaged, the couple will tie the knot in the presence of their close friends and family members. Their pre-wedding celebrations recently commenced in full swing with the chooda and mehendi ceremony. During the chooda ceremony, Arjun was extremely happy when his sister Anshula's kaleera fell on him. As per the tradition, if a kaleera falls on someone's head, it is believed that he/she is the next person to get married.

Anshula shared a heartwarming moment from her pre-wedding festivities. The bride-to-be, in the caption to her post, said that she had never seen someone (Arjun Kapoor) so committed to getting chosen by a kaleera. "My fav part? The kaleera that fell on him said “smile”!," she wrote. Take a look at the video below:
A day ago, Anshula shared a series of happy photos from her pre-wedding celebrations on social media. While posting joyful moments from the chooda ceremony, the bride-to-be mentioned that each kaleera had a blessing embossed onto it with words like love, joy and and magic. She further stated that as her family and closest friends tied them onto her wrists, they wished those blessings upon her."And that’s my favourite part of this tradition: when a kalira falls on someone, it’s my turn to wish those very same blessings for them. Anshula Kapoor talks about her mehendi ceremony
Before the above-mentioned ritual, Anshula's mehendi ceremony happened in the presence of her loved ones. Decoding her beautiful look for it, the bride-to-be mentioned that she wanted her outfit to honour the family she was stepping into. The daughter of Boney Kapoor and his late wife Mona Kapoor opted for a teal blue lehenga inspired by the rich legacy of patola.
Interestingly, her half-sisters, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, planned the entire mehendi ceremony as surprise. "I just had no idea what they had dreamt up. Watching it all unfold, surrounded by so much love, is a memory I’ll hold onto forever," she expressed.Meanwhile, Anshula will marry her partner Rohan Thakkar on July 6.
