being a digital creator to leading a web series, Sanchita Bashu has grown in her career at the age of 20. Two years after Thukra Ke Mera Pyaar was released, the makers returned with its second season. Sanchit and Dhaval Thakur made a comeback, reprising their characters from season one. Thukra Ke Mera Pyaar 2 premiered on JioHotstar on June 19. Post its digital release, Zoom did an exclusive interview with Sanchita. Opening about the hardships she faced,
Sanchita told Zoom, "Yes, I have faced rejections, and of course, they hurt a little. But I have always loved the process of learning. I never focus too much on getting a particular role. For me, every audition and every experience is a chance to learn and improve."
The
Thukra Ke Mera Pyaar 2 actress revealed that rejections have taught her patience, consistency and importance of believing in herself and her journey. Talking about her character in the series, Shanvika is someone who has emerged stronger after being hurt.When Sanchita was asked if setback or betrayal made her more resilient, the actress revealed, "Yes, there have been moments when I felt disappointed or hurt, and those experiences helped me connect with Shanvika’s emotions. Even though our journeys are different, emotions like pain, hope, and strength are something everyone can relate to."

Continuing the conversation with us, Sanchita admitted that
Thukra Ke Mera Pyaar came as turning point in her career. "The love and appreciation I received for the show gave me a lot of confidence as an actor. It helped me reach a wider audience and made me believe even more in my dreams. I’m grateful for every opportunity, but this project will always be very special to me," the actress said.
She further spoke about the most challenging part of Shanvika's role in season two. Sanchita stated that the tough aspect to balance her character's pain and strength. "She has been through a lot, but she doesn’t give up.
